Do some products require a prescription?

Yes, some therapeutic foods and prescription treats require a veterinary prescription. When that is the case, our team simply validates your request when you place your order. The process is quick and hassle-free.

Can I order medications or anti-parasite treatments online?

How does account creation work?

Every new registration is reviewed and manually approved by our team. Your pet must have an active medical file with us. If you are transferring from another clinic, we will reach out to retrieve your records. This verification process protects all our clients.
